Shipping-methods
Shipping / packaging / refusing:
Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 days after we recieved the payment
Posters/prints will be wrapped in tissue paper, put inside a sturdy cardboard tube which itself will be put inside a rectangular cardboard box.
Tracking information for your shipment will be sent to the e-mail address you provide with your order.
If your order arrives with the package visibly damaged, do not sign for it. Refuse delivery and instruct the delivering party it is damaged and to report an insurance claim.
Please notify us when this occurs, using our »Contact us- form« and make sure to include the following information:
– Order number
– Tracking number of the package being refused
– Date refused
– Do you want a refund or shall we send you another copy of the poster/print?
Delivery can take between 5 to 60 days, depending on DHL, where you live, and how long the shipment is held at customs.

If you want to pick up the posters from our office in Hamburg, Germany, choose »cash on pickup« as payment method.

Please note:
Orders shipping to international destinations might incur tolls, taxes, and other fees not indicated in the total price. In rare cases your country’s customs office even may hold up a delivery for random inspection. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country’s duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.
If you decline to pay the taxes due upon delivery of your order, the package may be abandoned/destroyed, which would really be a waste of trees, energy and resources. We cannot consider requests for refunds under these circumstances.
